The British Woodworking Federation is the trade association for the woodworking and joinery manufacturing industry in the UK. In order to become part of the BWF, PDS fulfilled the code of conduct which provides an assurance of quality of service, manufacture and sourcing.

bmtradaTrada (The Timber Research and Development Association)

TRADA is an internationally recognised centre of excellence on the specification and use of timber and wood products. PDS products have undergone vigorous testing in order to establish a membership with them.

smile FMB (Federation of Master Builders)

FMB is the UK's largest trade association in the building industry, it is a source of knowledge, professional advice and support for building firms right across the UK. The FMB also offers practical advice and support to the general public on choosing and working with the right builder. PDS has complied with the FMB membership criteria and code of practice in order to be an FMB member.

Being FSC® certified shows that you comply with the highest social and environmental standards on the market. In order to become FSC® certified PDS passed an array of standards that demonstrate environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world's forests.

Secured by Design is the official UK Police flagship initiative supporting the principles of 'designing out crime.’ PDS have been awarded the 'Police Preferred Specification and meet the high standards set by Secured by Design.


Safecontractor is a third party accreditation scheme that assesses health and safety arrangements of 150 major clients and nearly 18,000 contractor members across a variety of industries. PDS’ health and safety paperwork and procedures illustrate them competent in health and safety practices.


Constructionline assesses and monitors its suppliers to governmental standards. Company information is measured through a question set that is aligned to PAS 91, this standardised pre-qualification questionnaire developed by BSI to reduce duplication within the construction industry improves the supply chain management processes by reducing risk, creating cost efficiencies and helping buyers engage with new suppliers, including SMEs and local companies. After vigorous assessment of PDS company information and industry references PDS gained Constructionline accreditation.
