CONSTRUCTION

GRP Doorsets are manufactured by bonding moulded GRP skins onto a robust and moisture resistant PVCu composite inner framework. The cavity is then injected with a dense, CFC free, polyurethane foam and because of this provides outstanding thermal and sound reduction properties.

FACTORY FINISH

The finished door blades are pre hung into specifically designed, low maintenance, twin sealed, PVCu doorframes and are also profiled to accept a mobility compliant, barrier free, high durability threshold as the integral fourth side.

Locks, door furniture and double glazing, where applicable, are precisely factory fitted and as a result minimise on site labour costs whilst also facilitating problem free installation and future operation.
